@easyJet You’ll be lucky to get there, and if you do, you will probably be delayed coming back. But don’t expect any help, information or chance of compensation as they will find a way to blame somebody else. #easyjet
@easyJetholidays@easyJet It was ‘flight controls decision’ But not acknowledging the fact that it was because of their delays in the first place that the plane wasn’t allowed to fly and we have now been waiting 17hours at the end of our holiday to try to get home.
@easyJetholidays@easyJet So to keep this going, all the messaging was to reinforce that it’s ‘out of their control’ and we won’t be able to claim compensation (which I have specifically been messaged already) Utter disdain shown from @easyJet just making sure they don’t have to pay out.

@easyJetholidays The irony. I have just finished a holiday and I am now more stressed then when I left, due to to @easyJetholidays and @easyJet messing up and not taking any blame, so we can’t even be compensated for the last 24hr nightmare.
@easyJetholidays@easyJet Still a shambles, 3 hours, kids asleep on pavements by roads, not even an offer of a water. Absolutely no information about anything, where we sleep, when flights may be rescheduled. Quite possibly the worst I’ve experienced customer service I’ve ever experienced from @easyJet
@easyJetholidays But you have helpfully emailed to say it’s extraordinary circumstances so getting excuses for compensation in early it seems. Glad that’s what’s important.
