I watched and recorded Somali women tell Katie that she couldn’t bring her kids to their publicly funded daycare because of how she looks they then gestured at her blonde hair. Katie asked if it’s because she’s white and blonde and the woman replied yes.

But they want to call her racist.

@chilliseed73302 @JohnCleese Incorrect. The scouting movement opened up scouting to boys and girls due to dwindling numbers. Women did not stop it being male only. And I do think men should have non corporate based male only spaces btw eg Men’s Shed.

@mrsruthpaterson I wrote to Alliance several years ago asking several questions about their position on gender identity. A PR mantra reply obfuscating real answers. When I asked for answers to questions on their policy direction they refused to reply and said it didn’t fall under FOI.

@Right_Way_Fwd @arleneseesit We grew up in poverty. When my dad died my mum had a policy that enabled her to keep her home. However it is unacceptable that they kick her out after paying 300k. She worked in a dementia nursing home all her days for v little and has contributed plenty.

Once she runs out money they will either demand the diff from us as family (2k per month) which none can afford or she will be moved to a lesser facility in the end of her days.

@thatmarkperkins Similar happened to me and I had same reaction as you. What annoyed me was MY estate agent saying well it’s just £XK. I reminded him he worked for me and to put house back on market. Original purchaser suddenly found the £XK. 🤷🏻‍♀️
