@vrbo terrible service, we had an issue and called the uk number which was unbeknownst to us was redirected to a US number which cost £240! Vrbo are refusing to compensate and keep calling at midnight UK time expecting us to answer! Please respond. @BBCWatchdog @MoneySavingExp

@STN_Airport - @Ryanair have changed arrival time from noon to 11:25pm. Booked for M&G parking and paid £104, as this is over the 6hrs grace period tried to amend booking and been asked to pay an extra £50! How is this reasonable? especially when change out of our control?! Help
