@byjoelanderson Kenneth Walker III had a bad blood clot situation in his lungs earlier in life and resumed playing after treatment. It’s a scary situation, though, and I wouldn’t blame Hurts for any type of decision he makes about it. He has already had a great careers and earnings.
@DIABETICFATHER My daughter was born with a severe peanut allergy, but I ate peanut butter every day while pregnant with her. I did have to stop eating while I was nursing her.
@bumbadum14 This happens to girls all the time too. It just looks a little different (guys will hook up regularly with a girl but never properly date her).
@shraddhaha The note about late introduction doesn’t hold true for my kid. I had peanut butter almost daily while pregnant, and she was allergic to peanuts basically from birth. She was officially testing positive for Ige peanut allergy by six months old.
@jgcarey80@conniekettel@haierld It wasn’t a list in any particular order of how much something costs. Life is just expensive, which is probably the biggest stressor in most people’s lives. If a young person is interested in pursuing a career in law, it’s important to understand the pros and cons of the paths.
@jgcarey80@conniekettel@haierld Daycare, car maintenance, housing, hobbies. It’s all expensive. I suppose it depends on the life one hopes to live, but that’s tough to know when one is 20 years old and deciding whether to pursue law school or not.
@jgcarey80@conniekettel@haierld Working in a similar capacity, with much less income, as your colleagues is probably something to consider. For some people, that would impact their quality of life.
@moderndaybc I think he’s saying that Black women with resources generally have more sense, and this seems (to him) like something a liberal white woman would do.
