@waitrose disappointing service. 3 times now I’ve ordered a box of wine and paid, and get an email saying this is ready to collect and or arrival you don’t have have the full stock and have subbed some bottles out. Is there not a better system where you know your stock?
@TfL I paid barnes- Clapham junction and ordinarily would have continued on to Denmark hill at no extra cost. But I had to tap out at Clapham junction and get a bus at extra cost. All the trains were cancelled so waiting for another was not an option. So how does delay repay work here
@SW_Help Hi, I recently had a delay repay application rejected - but all the trains were cancelled on that day. Why would this be rejected ?? It was Thursday 7th services Waterloo to Barnes bridge were not running because of a comms issue
@TfL I was planning on using the Piccadilly line to get home from Heathrow but it is not running. Do you offer refunds on alternate routes as my journey will now be more expensive?
@sainsburys hi, I’m trying to book a saver delivery slot but whenever I click on a time- it then gives me the slot after. And I cannot click on the slot before to fix the glitch as it’s fully booked. Any idea how to fix this?

A delay repay when my Ticket was swallowed at the end station destination? It is asking for a copy of the ticket.
I have booking ref in email etc.
