@TUIUK when will I get my refund????? Amended holiday on 27 May, new holiday is slightly cheaper....still awaiting the difference back. I have to work, I can’t sit on hold to you for hours to get an answer.
@TUIUK when are you going to advise on cancellations of holidays after 11th June? We are due to travel shortly after this date. I do appreciate your busy but you have to allow some notice for us surely?

@SkyHelpTeam Everytime I try pausing mine it keeps logging me off and then putting me back in the queue happened loads. Please can you help? Why you can’t just pause automatically to save all this hassle is beyond me?

@IvyTowerBridge really disappointed in the afternoon tea we had recently. Slow service despite restaurant being empty & rude waiting staff. All the food was bought out at once and this was one of my vegetarian options, tomato purée with 2 cherry tomatoes (not even cut up) AVOID
@LBofBromley please can you explain why you offer a small electrical item disposal service but you don’t actually collect the small electrical items? I’m not the only one as I keep seeing random kettles sitting on my neighbours drives too?!
