@dgbrackett I look once in a while at the normal Histology of a gallbladder and than i don‘t feel Bad anymore for my Diagnosis. And once in a while i find a carcinoma, Last Time R0, with Infiltration of the fat tissue. I am in Peace with chronic cholecystitis. It is in the Books and practice
