$CCXI Adding new Board of Director Pierre Gentin. He was most recently General Counsel of the US Department of Commerce, and before that at McKinsey and spent about 20 years at Credit Suisse.

The Gentin hire looks deliberate.

Bringing on a former Commerce GC fits a company whose exposures run through Commerce: export controls on AI and robotics, and federal industrial policy on automation.

Expect it to be framed as regulatory navigation. Smart addition.
