When I wake up
On Easter Day,
I shall see my egg
She's promised to lay.
If I were Emperors,
If I were Kings,
It couldn't be fuller
Of wonderful things.

This is the face of someone who just spent 9 hours in personal protective equipment moving critically ill Covid19 patients around London.
I feel broken - and we are only at the start. I am begging people, please please do social distancing and self isolation #covid19
What a delight to be at NAPC council meeting. Still feeling a buzz from exciting ideas. Together 1ry care can represent the voice of its members & work with partners. What a warm, inviting, inclusive environment. @NAPC_NHS@JamesPKingsland@DrNavChana@drmineshpatel@juliembolus
As the #NHSLongTermPlan is launched later today, learn more about the #primarycarehome model, an established primary care network, and how it's breaking down organisational barriers and delivering care in peoples' homes https://t.co/mBfoIz2nMJ via @YouTube
Can you retweet this for me?
My darling Mum died today, in a lovely #NHS hospice. Their patients are frail & would love blankets & shawls to give them comfort.
I would love it if tens of people could send items to this or their local hospice. Or make them.

Visited a vanguard collaboration of primary & community care that’s preventing 3/4 of A&E admissions in their cohort & spreading across Hampshire. Then met impressive system leadership team @QAHospitalNews - thanks @TimCotton & @MCubbonNHS for hosting
Wonderful news for our patients and staff across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough STP. A purpose built hospital for children that integrates physical and mental health with research. Based here in Cambridge but supporting a network for the East of England.
“It’s a bloody nightmare”
Meaning: Something is proving a mild inconvenience; typically used to describe slightly heavy traffic, or the internet not working
“It’s not ideal”
Meaning: Something terrible has happened and life is almost certainly ruined
While @TH2gether is made up of a number of different #partners, we are committed to developing a shared culture which provides #person-centred, #CoordinatedCare to everyone who uses our services.
As the year comes to a close, I thought I’d share some of the best pics + films from the NHS’s 70th birthday celebrations.
Here’s one of my faves ... a special animation from the team behind Wallace and Gromit, @aardman ...
