Trump violated due process and defied court orders, including a 9-0 SCOTUS decision.
We are not a country of dictators and kings—Presidents don’t get to decide what the law is or whether it should be followed.
Democracy only survives when the rule of law is followed by us all.
There’s a whole industry of “intellectuals” like this guy on the Left whose sole job is to tell Democrats their ideas are great, it’s just people don’t hear them- or they’re too dumb. Delusional bullshit from a pompous clown:
@AdamMeakins When viewed from the perspective of motor learning, it makes sense (Ecological psychology, Variability) It's not just about strength. Motor learning is underestimated in physiotherapy. The works of Alli Gokeler are a good introduction to the subject.

ON THIS DAY: In 1956, the “Million Dollar Quartet” gathered for the first and only time for a jam session at Sun Records in Memphis. https://t.co/8lVB8UTz7n
@Retlouping It is simply believing in something. I believe this sugar pill will help me. I believe this exercise / therapy will hurt my back. Or "scientifically" placebo / nocebo. It is believing.
When using jumps and plyo’s to develop power, simple = better.
The simpler the exercise, the more the athlete can just focus on producing as much force as possible.
Over complicating these types of exercises means the athlete has to think too much and force output goes down.
Complex to Simple. Not the other way around.
A great coach once told me that good coaches take complex ideas and make them simple, while a bad coach who wants to appear like they know what they are doing takes ideas and concepts and makes them more complex.
CrossFit is fine if you’re not playing sports.
CrossFit is an AWFUL choice for training for athletes.
CrossFit is a separate sport. You wouldn’t use the whole practice plan of football to get better at lacrosse.
Makes zero sense for athletes.
I believe this to my core.
"An exercise is something you do, a movement is something you feel"
@BillKnowles_KA
More people need to feel, explore and learn how their bodies move, rather than simple squeezing and clenching things
@mboyle1959@GregLehman The term "anti-rotation" may create a false understanding of movement in the customer - fear of movement.
IMO the CNS is more important. With this in mind we create different exercises. (variability, implicit)
