I had a subscription that wasn’t sent out yet I was still charged.
I have raised this numerous times now and the response is it can’t be resolved because I have now cancelled the subscription. Payment taken no order received…please resolve

@TUIUK unacceptable response,they couldn’t see a doctor because they couldn’t leave their room..! Given that the 2nd bout of sickness from your hotel came on through the night before their trip how can they give 24 hours notice..!

@TUIUK @TUIUK shocking response to a young on their first holiday. No doctors no refund..! They couldn’t leave their room because they had to be near a bathroom at all times.!

@TUIUK daughters first holiday with partner staying at TUI blu makadi gardens.
Both been ill for a combined total of 5 days out of 10. Trip booked through TUI rep at hotel and unable to go because of sickness. No refund,no responsibility,no care.

@bfredbaker @HarmonyHaven_1 There is the problem….baked in the sun. No common sense and over exposure. We were never meant to lie and bake in the sun but be sensible and have moderate exposure.

@TUIUK daughter stayed at makadi gardens,5 days out of 10 they have been ill. Had to cancel trip booked through TUI rep at hotel. No offer of refund,only reschedule which is unacceptable given they are both still trying to recover.

@SouthLanCouncil where are the traffic wardens dealing with the 25 plus cars mounted completely on the pavement on greenhill road Rutherglen at 2pm on a Friday?
Weekly occurrence yet nothing gets done

@SouthLanCouncil the pavements and roads are a disgrace with black ice. Just witnessed your bin men attempting to work in these conditions….shocking you expect them too without having gritted.

@SouthLanCouncil @LowtherHomes the bin area at the Bank street flats in Cambuslang is a disgrace. 15 rats at any given time. Have raised this issue with @LowtherHomes for the last 4 year and through Councillor Walker

@OVOEnergy complaint been ongoing since November,wrong details on file for FIT,no one is able to provide FID statement with my address. Now 2 generation meter payments missed. Ovo blocking solution at every turn…awful customer service

@OVOEnergy I’ve been calling FIT since November….always passes to back office,resolution blocked at every turn.
FIT never been an issue with SSE now it’s changed to OVO and nothing but problems and financial disadvantage..!
