NEW: ICE Boston says a Salvadoran illegal alien charged with sexually assaulting a child in MA was released from local custody with their detainer request ignored by the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department, which previously kicked ICE out of its jails. NEW: Another alleged illegal alien child sex predator shielded by sanctuary policies in Massachusetts.

ICE Boston says a Colombian national who was caught & released at the AZ border in April was arrested by Boston PD last month for exhibiting a child in the nude, enticing a child, distributing obscene material & lascivious posing.

Per law enforcement source, ICE was not allowed into court in Charlestown District Court for his case, and he was released into the community by the Suffolk County House of Corrections after they ignored ICE’s detainer request to hold him & transfer him to ICE custody.

ICE says after learning their detainer request had been ignored, their deportation officers tracked him down & arrested him in East Boston.

He remains in ICE custody.

ICE Boston says: “This individual is charged with committing heinous crimes against a child, which show him to be a distinct threat to our Massachusetts community.”

NEW: ICE Boston says a Guatemalan illegal alien who entered the U.S. as a gotaway & was charged in June w/ aggravated forcible rape of a Massachusetts child was shielded by sanctuary policies in Middlesex County, MA, which ignored ICE’s detainer & released him into the community without notice.

ICE Boston was able to track him down and arrest him in Lowell, MA, once again having to expend limited ICE resources and risk officer safety to conduct an operation in the field when he could have been safely handed over at the county jail or court.

In this case, ICE says it was the Middlesex Superior Court that ignored their detainer request - not the jail.

It’s shocking that some local jurisdictions in sanctuary state MA would refuse to work with ICE on such a heinous alleged crime of aggravated child rape, but ICE’s Boston office has to deal with it regularly,

Middlesex County DA @DAMarianRyan even previously sued ICE in an effort to stop ICE from arresting illegal aliens at MA courts.

NEW: In a multi day operation on Nantucket Island, ICE’s Boston office announces they arrested four illegal aliens who are charged with raping or sexually assaulting Nantucket children or residents - all of whom were released from local custody despite the serious charges.

They include:

Elmer Sola, a Salvadoran illegal alien who entered the U.S. as a gotaway and was charged last month with three counts of aggravated child rape. The victim was a Nantucket child.

Bryan Daniel Aldana-Arevalo, another Salvadoran illegal alien who entered the U.S. as a gotaway and was charged in July with raping a Nantucket child.

Gean Do Amaral Belafronte, a Brazilian illegal alien who entered the U.S. as a gotaway and was charged in June with sexually assaulting a Nantucket resident.

Felix Alberto Perez-Gomez, a previously deported Guatemalan illegal alien who re-entered the U.S. as a gotaway and was charged last month with sexually assaulting a Nantucket resident.

All four of these alleged sex offenders were gotaways, ICE says. They were all arrested by ICE on Nantucket - in sanctuary state Massachusetts.
