@ITVXhelp sooo many problems! Tried to watch Mr Banks. Froze every few seconds. Tried clearing cache and the programme has disappeared from the app. Trying to navigate up and down the menu and it jumps all over the place! Looks like lots of others have issues with your app too?!

@LNER how do I get a full refund on advance tickets for tomorrow's train tickets which I can't use due to the strikes? Your service says there is a Β£10 admin fee but I assume this doesn't apply in this instance.

@GWRHelp my train from B'ham is running late and it looks like I might miss my 20:00 connecting train from Cheltenham to Kemble. That would mean I have an hour's wait and I have an interview tomorrow π« please can you put a call in to hold this train?
@GWRHelp please please sort your booking system out. I regularly receive error messages when trying to book tickets on the app and website. Apparently my only option is to book via another operator while this issue is resolved?! Meanwhile payment is still taken from my account!
@GWRHelp it looks like all of your advance tickets have for some reason been removed from sale. Several journeys I need to make have increased by over Β£100 from when I looked at the prices yesterday to today. How is this possible? Please can this be urgently looked into?
