@TicketmasterCS 2/2 Customer service is absolutely appalling. You can't speak to anyone, wait ages for a response & they say same thing over again. TICKETS ARE NOT SHOWING IN ACCOUNT, PLEASE CAN YOU SORT THIS OUT! Can't download from email as link doesn't work. VERY STRESSFUL!

@TicketmasterCS 1/2 Tickets bought in Nov 24 for a gig on 13 June 25, confirmation email received & money taken by you. No tickets showing in Ticketmaster account, been sent round in circles trying to sort this on Insta/X/email, no one has once offered to resend tickets.

@TicketmasterUK You are the most incompetent and useless company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Tickets have not been allocated to an online account & no one is doing anything about it. They cost £800 and the gig is in 2 days time! Customer service is non-existent.
