The pattern is obvious: my "serious" projects have nobody, my little personal thing has 15 real players.
The code was never the bottleneck. Distribution is.
Next few days: build on pause. I ship the best one and go find users.
In 7 days I shipped 4 v0.1s with Claude Code: a TUI, a mobile app, 2 web apps.
Total revenue: $0. None is really launched yet, and not all of it is worth keeping.
A breakdown of each, no filter ๐
And a fifth, not a "real product": a tiny betting game I built for my close circle.
No downloads, no MRR. Just 15 people around me actually playing and showing up.
Yet it's the only one with real users.
@Go_To_Rob Hello Robin, I was wondering if it was worth it ? Besides the commitment and marc and jack fame, do you have an added value to be part of the discord?
Loop Engineering is getting hype now.
But not many talks about how to actually do it
So I open-sourced the template my team uses to build agent loops:
- a shared artifact / knowledge layer
- logging, verification
- and a codebase harness so work compounds across runs
Plus a 20-min deep dive on how to think about it and set it up for real: https://t.co/b3m22eX8oI
Copy the template. Adapt it to your own loops.
