Did a Doximity televisit, and scribe is now built in.
Just to see, I compared it head to head with the ambient scribe I alrleady use (@tryheidi).

The note from Doximity was meh.

Why? Context is everything with AI. Without additional context, the note won't be great.

Hopefully whichever ambient scribe you use allows you to provide additional context, or it has access to additional context automatically.

It was also standard SOAP. Personalized templates and even disease-specific templates are where the magic happens.

POV: A Thursday in the life of a Urologist

1️⃣ Performed a MicroTESE at Avant using just nitrous sedation + local blocks (IV access was tough)… and yes, we found sperm. Even cooler? The patient watched the entire procedure live.

2️⃣ Helped a patient who flew in all the way from Nicaragua with debilitating chronic pain — performed a targeted spermatic cord denervation and a contralateral groin cryoablation. Crazy part? He found us through ChatGPT. The future of global healthcare is here.

3️⃣ Connected with patients across the country — no borders when it comes to men’s health.
