A few weeks ago I graduated with my Diplôme de Cuisine from @LeCordonBleuInt and I am so incredibly grateful for the experience 👨‍🍳

Before I share my next plans, I want to share a couple of lessons I learned from the ~200 of so recipes we learned 🧵👇

As for what’s next? I’ll be taking some to accomplish a dream of mine since 5th grade of becoming a chef that eats and cooks all the food!

In October, I will be going back to school @LeCordonBleuInt in Paris where I will study for 6 months to earn my Diplôme de Cuisine.

Why?

Humans are inherently degenerate gamblers. People will bet on anything they can understand.

Everything is a casino.

This was a thesis we had a drift when we launched BET. One of the reasons we shut it down was because we saw no overlap in usage.

Why?

Binary markets don't support useful depth. Even if they did exposure doesn't map to assets well.

Conditionals do.
