I have been trying to reactivate my @amazonIN @amazon gift card that has expired. Firstly, why should a gift card expire
? Secondly, it is impossible to get it renewed through customer care. I have called 4 times in the last 6 months with no action. What weird scam is this?

@JetBlue This is the reason I am loyal to @Delta. It’s sad to see how companies get away with below average customer service and policies. Will not choose @JetBlue for future travel

@JetBlue worst travel credit policy. The cancellation screen showed that I am eligible for travel credit. After cancellation, I did not receive the credit and was told that my credit has already expired, in 1 hour! Can airlines maintain consistency in policies please?

@JetBlue I did not receive any warning on the cancellation page. The page mentioned I am eligible for credit and will receive the refund. Every other airline has a credit policy to extend travel credit based on the new ticket. Jet blue’s policy is different and hidden in fine print.

Very disappointing experience with @AeromexicoUSA as a @Delta Platinum member. No upgrades processed until boarding and only 1 check in allowed compared to 3 bags when flying with Delta. Please do not market benefits as completely transferable and have them clearly listed.

@MonosTravel I was trying exchange my hybrid large Check-in and saw a shipping fee of $60. This is outrageous after marketing ‘100- day risk free trial’. Do reconsider your strategy as it’s unfair to charge customers for being experimental and providing a truly free ‘trial’.
