@RichardF1990@gamray@antpneal62@bane_bears If you feel like you need it, or not having it causes discomfort, then you have a dependency. I know alcoholics that haven’t drunk for years. When they do it’s days of drinking.
@GiroFrankMusic@LBC@NickFerrariLBC The youth are also very different. They prioritise clean living, don’t drink anywhere near as much or take drugs as much as people growing up in the 60’s-00’s. Social media has changed interaction modes and cost of living has forced prioritisation of cash flow.
@klewis2407@the_mediaman1 Exactly that. I see him as a mentality sub to come in and sure up a 2-0. Allows a rest for the starting XI, with a guarantee he won’t do anything stupid or prove why he should start the next game. Squads need this kind of mentality in knock out football.
@bennagle17 Tuchel will have seen a strong voice in the dressing room and leader of men. He’ll be used when we need to focus for 10-20mins. He’s won everything at club level and England don’t have many players like that. He's about mentality under extreme pressure.
@klewis2407@the_mediaman1 Henderson will be for the training pitch, strong changing room voice and last 10-20mins against when we need to be organised and calm and don’t need to chase a game so we can bench better players. He won’t be in the squad to get winners.
@GarySmithJnr It wasn’t a foul and it wasn’t “clear and obvious” either. The argument was if it should be been overturned. I don’t think it should be a pen but I also get the VAR rules are a mess a this point.
@benelli14597445@ReallyThryve@HankFrank It’s not that bad. I used to get up and run a couple of times a week before work - 6am. Twice (shorter runs) on work lunch break. Go long on early Sat AM, Sunday rest day. Peaked at 5d p/w. If you can sort out a routine, it’s not that impactful on family life.
@benelli14597445@ReallyThryve@HankFrank Yep. It is. For me the real question is how disciplined are you to do it? It transcends motivation. If you’re not then fine. But I’d challenge it being impossible. It is very possible.
@benelli14597445@ReallyThryve@HankFrank Used to run h/m in over 2hrs. Trained consistently for 4 years, a marathon every 6mths, peaked at 65mi weeks. Ran 2:59. Helps to understand nutrition, hydration, HR training. This journey is possible for any able bodied person. How long it takes depends on your starting position
