@duffett_claire @MartinSLewis Claire, Santander offers product switch 4 months before your current rate ends. You have to accept the mortgage offer to secure the rate. If they launch cheaper products then you can re-apply. But you can’t go to another lender after you accepted the offer, you will pay penalties
