There's voting on major items for the next 3 years, such as wages (which the increases have not reflected inflation typically), benefits&other conditions.

Never shopping @OldNavyCA again, ordered May 26,June 11 said label created for UPS, it still only says that but I've been charged. Bunch of thieves. Wait hours on hold trying to call them, they've shut down their customer service email. #BoycottOldNavy
