@tescomobile you are a disgrace, insensitive, heartless and incompetent!! Our mum passed away in June with a large credit on her account so far we have made 15 calls, each call handler has a different story. We've been told cheque being sent out should be with us within 30 days

Today I was with Betsy De Thierry, investigating and reflecting on how I can be a better trauma-informed practitioner.. I feel very fortunate that from the very top man down Children 1st recognise trauma and its impact on children and that they train us to be the best we can be.
