@Dropbox forcibly ousting paying customers? Kids accts locked out of Family Plan. Under 16 and had to enter ages today. 48hrs to download files or loose all school work. Cannot get support from @DropboxSupport. Pointless product, terrible service & waste of money. Expect refund.
