Update: This morning, President Bola Tinubu (@officialABAT) pleaded with the court not to order the @TheJusticeDept (DOJ), @FBI, and @DEAHQ to release his alleged heroin-trafficking records. President Tinubu finally admits that the dispute involves criminal records concerning him and pleads with the court to block the records from being released.

President #Tinubu cites his right to privacy as the reason the alleged #heroin-trafficking records should not be released and states that the records are being sought “to influence politics in a foreign nation” (in other words, to make him lose the upcoming #Nigerian presidential election).

President #Tinubu goes on to essentially argue that even the Nigerian public’s interest in his background and fitness for office does not give the public a right under FOIA to obtain the withheld information in his law-enforcement records. Nigerians, this is your President.

Please, I am urgently appealing to you for help concerning the death of my niece, Rebecca Uankhoba, a nursing student who died in Anyigba, Kogi State, on 6 June 2025.

According to the family's investigation and the police case, Rebecca became pregnant, and we allege that her lecturer, , was involved in an attempt to terminate the pregnancy through an unqualified practitioner. Tragically, Rebecca died. We were later informed that her body was taken and abandoned by the roadside.

The police investigated the matter. The officers who investigated the case were Officer Solomon and Inspector Amos. According to what was communicated to the family, the investigation produced admissions/confessions concerning what happened to Rebecca.

The matter went before High Court 6 in Lokoja. However, despite the seriousness of the allegations, suspects were released on bail, and one of the suspects has reportedly remained at large.

Recently, I personally mobilised the police to apprehend the suspect who was still available. I was subsequently contacted by the State Counsel and informed that the judge had directed that the suspect also be released on bail.

As a family, we are deeply concerned about the handling of this case and fear that there may have been interference or a compromise in the process. We are not asking you to prejudge anyone or replace the court. We are asking for an independent journalistic investigation into what happened to Rebecca and why the prosecution has not brought justice to her family.

Mr Rufai, please, we desperately need your help to bring this matter into the public eye and ensure that the relevant authorities properly investigate and prosecute the case.

I have documents and information concerning the police investigation and court proceedings that I can provide to you privately.

Please, sir, kindly give this matter your attention. Rebecca deserves justice.

There is approximately 102 male births per 100 female births globally.

Meaning that the gender ratio is near parity.

Within these numbers, we already have gays.

I fear that for straight people, if the world continues to promote gender equality (which will never be) and feminism, more men will continue to lose interest in marriage.

And more women will continue to be single mothers or divorcees.

If we do not go back to start promoting the traditional ways of how men and women should co-exist, & amend laws to discourage men from receiving the shorter end of the stick, we will be witnessing a dearth in marriage or drastic population decline.

Especially in the western world and Asia.
