@MBTA does the silver line from Logan even have a schedule? Loads and loads of every other possible bus but no T. Let’s put some more bus lanes in for the MBTA so you can still not have any buses show up. Snarl traffic as much as possible.

@AirCanada what is going on in Boston today? There have to be 400 people crammed into this tiny gate area en route to Canada. Logistically tragic and your staff yelling at people to stay in a single line! There is barely room to move let alone form a line.
