@benrimalower@JetBlue You booked a flight during a pandemic that has specific rules, there was no exemption listed with those rules that a positive Covid diagnosis voids fare rules
@NimaZeighami@AmericanAir Dallas and Texas are being hammered by weather canceling and delaying flights. Sadly everyone on those flights have to be worked into the availability of scheduled flights. They aren’t going to remove a paid passenger in order to get you a seat on a “reasonable flight”
@zzazbama @AmericanAir Even if your pilot timed out due to weather delays or the flight was canceled due to weather, the DOT and FAA have those reasons along with many as “Acts of God” and beyond the airlines control , lodging and food are not compensated.
@sparkyshiny@united You are very very rude, all you can do prior to day of travel at the gate is REQUEST a bassinet, and guess what if someone with a disability requires the bulkhead seat that request takes priority over a bassinet
@sparkyshiny@united You do realize you can request a bassinet but it is not confirmed until you are at the gate. Bulkhead seats where the bassinets are located are also used for disability seating
@juddy___buddy@united Because that’s not how air travel works, you have a contract for them to get you from point A to point B.. there is no specific timeframe in which they are legally required to do that
@zhecka12@AmericanAir You do realize that TSA is not at all affiliated with an airline therefore can’t just let passengers cut to the front of the line
@pixelie5@Delta Did you purchase basic economy where you are advised multiple times prior to purchase seats are assigned during checkin whatever seats are available will be assigned and you shouldn’t select this fare traveling with children. They won’t move someone who paid and purchased a seat
