@iDrSunny The PA is supervised and if they have discussed their management plan with the consultant or reg and they agree with this then why wouldn’t you be satisfied? I don’t know of any PAs who discharge w/o consultant input.

It’s like a kick to the teeth for PAs and devaluing them for their hard work to earn their doctorate too in their field of expertise
