@SourceLondon_UK could you please explain the reasoning behind charging overstay fees past 95%? You’re my nearest charger, I have no way to know when I’ve reached 95%, plus I only have a small, old battery and need a full 100% to where I’m going!

@superdrug No, they don't. You *say* you offer flu jabs and allow people to book, but I've lost count of the number of times you've cancelled mine, in 3 different branches. I can't go anywhere else as I have a voucher I can only use in Superdrug. Very frustrating.
