@GeorgeTakei DST allows people to get out and spend time outdoors after work. Whether that’s time spent with family or alone in nature, it’s good for a heck of a lot of people!

2. Don’t watch or greatly reduce tv/movie time
3. Prioritize leisure time—do your best to end work on time each day (or commit to a set amount of work time each day if your schedule is flexible).
If all of this fails, I highly recommend insomnia!
