@beaglesandbass@Msommer524 Tennis eliminated lines refs, and went ABS-like in calling lines. Ball is a computer generated circle and has to intersect the 2d edge of the line. You'd think that the ball has to bounce on the line but apparently only the computer generated edges need to intersect.
@JDNalton They got host country treatment without having to shoulder the majority of the host country duties. They got exactly what they deserved. Jeez, they played in a group that they should have won easily, but only managed 1 win.
@NikkiNic9384 It changes the game to giving you a break where one doesn't exist. To claim it's for "hydration" then they must make everyone drink a minimum of 16 oz or get a yellow card for hydration simulation.
@BamaSaltyMarine I put the starting point at the dawn of cable tv. The world used to stop and then start back up in the morning. Cable kept going 24/7 and that required a significant change, and not for the better. Stations used to "sign off". Now nobody does.
@jasonwhitlock Those Juneteenth sales were crazy good this year. And the "Holiday" is only a couple years old. It's just another marketing gimmick created to get people to buy stuff.
@MsMelChen W/o the minnows you would get 1-0 and 0-0 games. and games being decided by extra time & penalty kicks. At least you get some goals now. But I am against the expansion as well. It's DEI BS like you say. And they let players pick their national team. US guy could pick from 3.
@Mmonkoaa good players try to find space. He's in space so he doesn't need to run or walk. Note he walks away from the defenders to find space and stops to stay in it.
@CharlieRymerPGA@Braves this will give you an indication of the channels available in your area via over the airwave transmission. The networks are usually available https://t.co/AQjfu6Sjpz
@CharlieRymerPGA@Braves You can try an old fashioned, new fashioned antenna. Local channels are usually available the old fashioned way. TV just needs the input I believe
@GOPPollAnalyst never been a fan of professional politicians. They talk one way and then act another way. They like to use the term "we" and "they" but they are talking about other politicians. They don't care to focus on people that live in their districts and states.
@unseen1_unseen@Frio_river At least they aren't going to focus on reducing spending to non-fraudulent levels or getting the states to go for the Save Act, even though it's a hugely faulty bill
