My parents have been getting bills at their address in various names (none connected to them) for 8 weeks from @BritishGas. They have been the sole owners of the house for 40 years since it was built. 40 plus bills in about 20 different names over 8 weeks. @BritishGasHelp

The return address is always RHU British Gas Trading, 1 Hawkley Drive, Bradley Stoke BS32 0GE. Belongs to a company called Paragon who print letters on behalf of big firms. @BritishGasHelp do you use such a company? Or is it an elaborate scam? @BritishGas won't confirm or deny.
