@RSF_inter there are two roads connecting Khankandi to Armenia. 1. Via Lachin Corridor. 2. Via occupied Kalbajar region of Azerbaijan. As of today both roads are under the control of Armenian armed forces. Yesterday it was Armenia that declared closure of Lachin Corridor.
