This is what going solo at 40 feels like.

I’m Aaron. 20+ years in tech. Ran a marketing agency for 8 years. Built apps and websites as a freelancer along with almost all of our agency systems.

In August, my business partner left our SaaS startup.

Now it’s just me, rebuilding on X while traveling across South and Central America.

What I’ll share:

→ All 16 tasks done in 37 s (66 s one at a time)
→ 108 tok/s combined
→ Each chat: 22–44 tok/s

@empowwerr Likewise John! It all used the ADB with android debug to control it from my hermes agent with Deepseek v4.1 1017 flash running locally on my 2 dgx sparks - communicating all over LAN currently
