Hi @jet2tweets Pse add Covid tab to your website-quite tricky finding entry requirements. Also, do you need a locator form for Portugal? I think you have just removed the requirement from info but it would be useful if you said 'no longer required with an effective date'. Thanks

I enquire twice through the website & get no response. I ring & speak to someone who says they will check the item & call me back. I follow this up with a confirmation email direct to that person. They still never come back to me. Do they deserve my business? #customerexperience

Just watching @BBCWatchdog on the @BBCTheOneShow Instead of complaining about online #florists or @asos why not try shopping local? Even during #lockdown local shops often have online options or even, god forbid, a person at the end of a phone to help you with your requirements!
