I have been chasing a support issue for two weeks now, and have been hung up on by Customer Care. My repair has been delayed without anyone contacting me, and then the ticket was closed. I am a very unhappy customer.

@MarvelSupport Your update lies. Comics I have marked as read keep showing up even when filtered. I am sick of trying to figure out where my reading history has left off and I want a refund. Since this update the app has been more work than it’s worth and I haven’t read a comic in a month.
@MarvelSupport my reading history is still all messed up. Last I heard some of the history was restored with work being done to restore the rest. I haven’t been able to read effectively for a month. What’s the eta on restoring the history?

@MarvelSupport Any progress in restoring the "Read" flag to libraries? I have way more than 500 issues.
Also, any progress on displaying issues by publication date, without grouping by series? Seems possible in the Downloaded section, but that's a bit buggy too.

I filed a dispute. I have not been able to play a single Sealed Midnight Hunt. There has been no response to my filed ticket. No response from you other than to tell me to file a ticket. No response to the bug report. I want my money back.

I have still not been contacted by anyone about my issue with the Sealed Midnight Hunt. I have not been able to play the event. I have not been refunded for my Sealed Event Token THAT I PREPAID FOR.
