On this day 49 years ago, Nov. 10, 1975, the UN declared Zionism to be “a form of racism.”
Israeli Ambassador Chaim Herzog delivered this historic speech, then tore the resolution in two.

Many Canadians want to help combat antisemitism but don’t have the tools to do so. So today, I am proud to share the newly released Canadian Handbook on the IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism, developed by the Government of Canada in partnership with my office, to serve as a vital resource in our collective efforts to understand, recognize and address antisemitism. 1/

🛑 October 7 deniers?
We spoke with forensic pathologist Dr. Judy Melinek, who traveled to Israel after October 7 to identify victims of the massacre. Her team identified remains that were badly burned, decomposed, or traumatized beyond identification.
Ford’s cabinet is almost as large as PM Trudeau’s, despite serving less than half the population. When @fordnation took office, 20 staffers in the premier’s office made more than $100,000/year… That number is now up to 48. And what do we have to show for it? #onpoli
@TDotResident Yes. The photo was looking north. People were marching north on Bathurst. The video shot is captured looking south, back towards the crowd marching northward.

I was just about to post about him when this sad news came out.
Joshua Mollel, one of two Tanzanians taken hostage by Hamas, has been murdered by Hamas terrorists.
Joshua arrived in Israel just a couple of weeks before the October 7 attacks to study agriculture.
Loitu Mollel, Joshua's father, gave a heartbreaking interview to the BBC in October, sharing that he wasn't sleeping or eating to the point where people at his local market noticed how thin he had become.
Joshua's first trip out of Tanzania was his flight to Israel in September.
Joshua's father (photo on the right) said the last time he spoke to his son was on October 5, telling him, "Be on your best behavior because you're somewhere new, and make the most of the internship you're there to do."
Joshua’s father said that his son’s dream was to return to Tanzania after studying in Israel and become one of the most successful farmers in Tanzania.
Joshua is the second Tanzanian citizen to be murdered by Hamas; the other is Clemence Felix Mtenga. Clemence’s family was notified in November that he had been murdered.
