@mcuban But where are all these DPC practices coming from? We live in a large populated area north of Philly, and there are only a couple here, and at one point one practice advertised how they capped membership as a selling point. And 2 big hospital systems control everything.

@annamerica @KathleenWinche3 We always pay for reserved extra legroom seats and once one of our kids got moved with no explanation or fix by American Airlines. Gentleman was very kind to switch (moved up a row into another window seat) No need to make a stink if someone won’t move, but it does happen.
