@bookingcom disappointed in service. Was scammed by host, had to book alternative accommodation which didn’t meet needs/ more expensive. You admitted liability but refused to pay compensation and refunded me on https://t.co/c8Xwex7G0s reward points instead of cash! Outrageous

@InPostUK great idea for parcel service with lockers but the computers are not fit for purpose. Ones in my area constantly freezes and the touch screen rarely works efficiently - and they are new. Shame.
