@EnglishHeritage direct debit renewal payment has gone through and shows in payment schedule but my account status still says 'pending renewal' can you help?
@LNER Newcastle long stay car park machines are out of order, I am parking for the long weekend. What do I do in the circumstances? Obviously don't want a fixed penalty notice!
Having the same issue but I was told to speak to station staff. This was shortly before 11pm and there were no staff. Lots of confused and concerned people. We do not want to receive fines, what can we do to prevent this?

@InPostUK Shame you can't actually deliver seeing as the BP Westerhope Locker (in Newcastle) remains broken and therefore no way to collect my parcel and you won't extend collection time ...
@InPostUK Thanks have done so. Bottom line is if you don't fix the locker today (having been broken 2 days already) then the parcel will get sent back wasting everyone's time (inc. yours) and I've already had two completely wasted trips.
@InPostUK I mean this seems exceptionally stupid when I have already travelled to the locker twice and the only reason I can't collect is because of a fault you're responsible for. Is there a way to make a formal complaint?
@LNER currently been waiting over 20 minutes outside Newcastle station. Real lack of communication, driver has no idea if / when we are going to be able to get off the train. Poor service.
