I was on 12.11 York to KGX train with Grand Central trains. It terminated at Peterborough. I am Deaf, no visual screen display explaining why. I followed people get off and onto a LNER train. Explanation please why?! Partial refund applicable?

@edfenergy Ah, I mean In-Home Display which is damaged. I applied last night to switch. Another question would be how do I wake up the smart meter on electric and had devices, which button for when I need to provide meter readings in relation to final meter read to OVO?

@edfenergy if I decide to switch suppliers to you from OVO, will I get a new smart meter? As the one I had with OVO went bust due to substation outrage and OVO not replacing a new one.

@UswitchUK I'm going through the choices to see if I could switch energy supplier. I'm with OVO, they will not send me a replacement smart meter as it went bust due to electrical outrage at a substation. As your website asks for smart meter details. How do I get around this?

@TfL Accessibility fail @TfLAccess no idea whereabouts replacement bus service stops at East Croydon? Saw this at Sandilands bus stop after getting off 119 bus. I saw one go past and didn't stop at the bus station. Written info on the poster. TfL website rubbish too. Poor publicity!

@TfL due to no trams east of Croydon, why was replacement buses not covering Lower Addiscome Road as buses go to Elmer's End on that road. Local buses 312 and 367 are single deckers always full when you need to travel to East Croydon station. More buses please!

@CommunityFibre My partner is Deaf & used Text Relay UK to phone your team wanting to renew broadband contract. He was refused by your team. We are discriminated, he used it before with no issues. Equality Act 2010, you should accept calls from a deaf person via an operator!

@TLRailUK I'm on 5.35 East Grinstead train to make my way to East Croydon. Front of train said to listen to announcements. Am at standstill outside London Bridge. I'm profoundly Deaf. Please tell me what's happening. Should have visual display and no staff on train.
