@Hermesparcels have sent 12 packages with Hermes in the last week and 10 of them have been left on the street exposed to theft, and Hermes accept no responsibility for this nor seem to offer any method for customer service.

@Hermesparcels appalling service. Hermes have lost £370 of products for me with no evidence of delivery. Can only contact them via a chatbot that obviously cannot understand nuance enough to resolve this problem.

I would make an educated guess that all of us are applying for flights cancelled due to covid - so why the difference in outcome?!

@easyJet hi there - my flight has been cancelled so I am legally entitled to a refund. Apparently the only way to claim this is to call, but phone lines are closed. Please respond with instructions to claim my refund, or a guarantee that I can do this once you are 'less busy'

@rachyh23 @easyJet They've cancelled our flight on 1st April and we STILL can't get our money back! I was hoping as soon as it showed as 'cancelled' we would be able to find some sort of refund process but NOPE (I hope you do though!)
