He's deeply confused, has no idea what's going on.

Earlier, he cites a 10% miscarriage rate as though it's outrageous, thinking that no one would take the shots if there was a 10% chance of losing their baby.

He has no idea that the baseline miscarriage rate is GREATER THAN 10%.

It's 10-20% (30% or more if you count very early pregnancies that the woman didn't know about). If a vaccine group saw 10%, they'd probably be lower than control.

He also falsely claimed that Fauci knew that women were getting miscarriages from the shots and lied about it, even that he knew about the insane 82% figure. He doesn't quote the email, in which Fauci speculates about a mechanism that could theoretically induce miscarriages (the shots turned out not to cause miscarriages, at least not that we can detect). He's just making it up.

He also thinks Jay Bhattacharya endorsed the 82% hoax. This is probably because Jay made vague claims that it's possible that the shots could cause miscarriages, without addressing the salient 82% hoax at all. Rogan probably isn't alone in inferring that Jay is endorsing the premise.
