@EE Surely they knew after I mentioned the price I’d seen online. He specifically told me it was not available to me and then tried to mis-sell me a much more expensive rate.

@EE Why wasn’t I told there are better options available online? I was told these deals were not available to me as I am an existing customer. Call handler tried to push me to unlimited data for more than £30 when I repeatedly told him I didn’t require that much data for 10 year old
2/2 @EE logging in & still got these much cheaper prices. Why did call handler not offer me these rates but instead tried to sign me up for 3x this rate? I want new number/eSIM for son with 20gb data, unlimited calls & texts. I already have four lines. How can I get this rate?
@tesco I came shopping with my Mum today and we used scan-as-you-go. I have just seen our receipt and notice that some items have not been charged for. Unfortunately I am unable to return to the store in the near future. How can I put it right and pay you ? So sorry. Thanks.

@SouthernWater How does ID verify anything? Anybody can create ID with your logo on. How can I confirm it is genuine. The visitor did not drive SW van. I did not feel comfortable that I had any way to verify his identity. The number is buried on your website and none of 6 options were relevant

Why is this number not on homepage? Why so difficult to ascertain whether or not man was genuine caller? He drove an unmarked van. Sent him away as wasn’t satisfied genuine. How could more vulnerable people be able to check before letting bogus callers in? Please do better.

@JohnLewisRetail My sofa was eventually delivered on 30th December & arrived with tear on underside. Your delivery partners advised they’d report this and I would be contacted by one of your partners. Still waiting.
Hello @JohnLewisRetail got phone-call this am to arrange delivery of sofa ordered on 20 Oct. Despite fact it was JL partner phoning me, she didn’t seem to have detail in order to arrange it. Partner said she’d phone back before 9:30 this morning or send email. Neither happened
Received a text this morning asking me to phone to arrange delivery. Was kept on call for 17 minutes for Aymane to eventually tell me that somebody from the warehouse will phone me on THURSDAY. Why does it take all that time for them to phone me back to arrange delivery?
