@EdmondFruitini@loafhome Apologies for the late reply. Homeserve were eventually sent to fix the issue which was a great relief. I was promised some compensation but unfortunately it came in the form of credit rather than any refund - & I could never bear to purchase from them again after that debacle!
@cybex_global can you possibly help me? My daughter’s Sirona seat suddenly rotates endlessly and won’t lock into position - showing half red/green on the lock gauge. It’s unsafe to use as it’s moving lots when the car is in motion - is this a simple fix you can advise on please?
@loafhome@BBCWatchdog@loafhome it’s been 3 days of total radio silence after you delivered our sofa with a manufacturing fault. Spending fruitless hours trying to get hold of your aftercare team on the phone is just killing me - the trust is lost. I just want a refund - PLEASE contact me &!collect.
@loafhome our sofa was delivered today - and its faulty leg fell off it an hour later...I couldn’t be more disappointed with the lack of quality after months of waiting. Please resolve this issue as a matter of urgency.

With no reply via email, I have wasted over 3 hours on hold today-to no avail. @loafhome don’t want to know once they’ve got customers’ cash. This situation is such a let down after making an expensive & very considered investment.
@loafhome Still no reply from anyone on either phone or email regarding my faulty sofa that was delivered on Saturday. Beyond appalled and quickly realising that your customer service is non existent. @BBCWatchdog please take note - I am just one of many unhappy customers.
