@asda what’s going on with ur reward system go 2 use £40’s worth of vouchers to be told systems down has been for days yet I’ve spoken 2 a friend who lives in another area who used hers today no issue? So im guessing it’s just lazy staff at my local store who didn’t want to help

@TUIUK Totally annoyed our holiday was cancelled 29th April phoned 30th to get a refund told would be up to 4wks still nothing now I seeing people who aren’t due to go to the middle of June having theirs cancelled & refund credit codes being issued straight away! How is this fair 🤬

@TUIUK due to travel Saturday called 4wks ago when you announced it was cancelled explained situation adviser took bank details etc said we’d receive refund within 4wks I’ve Received no emails regarding this happening & now can’t log in on app! Holiday was booked in store!

@Hoseasons where do we find out if our holidays are still going ahead when you can’t get through on the phone the email address basically puts your booking on hold & no ones answering on messages on messenger 🤷🏽‍♀️
