@HMRCcustomers trying to register for online Self Assessment for several weeks. After national insurance, I go to put in details about documents & records online & this comes up, 'Sorry, we don't have enough options to confirm your identity'

@HMRCcustomers She received a letter in the post. It said on it that it was either because she contacted them to register or her circumstances mean she needs to complete a tax return. I believe it's her circumstances.
@sainsburys After buying a Bush vacuum cleaner I registered it online for the 12m guarantee, but I didn't receive an email to confirm it went through, I phoned them & although they say it's registered they now don't send emails or give confirmation codes - not happy about this.
@OctopusEnergy we put our metre readings in just after midnight on the 31st March, before the price change, but we don't understand why we've got an estimated reading for the 1st April, showing at the old rates, on it.

@O2@getlostidiot1 After reading this and having already been in touch with you concerning how my my 89 year old dad lost £10 from his phone without him knowing. Unfortunately, no one seemed to help me. He got really upset by this.
@sainsburys Very disappointed with your apple pies which were being shared out for a family meal. As you can see in the picture, the pastry was on the outside of the foil, it was rock hard and there was no apple within it.

@tescomobile my 87 year old mum has been with you on your PAYG Lite for many years, we went to our local Tesco's, after getting text messages to say
Lite was finishing, where they put a new SIM in & her money was transferred over. Now all of sudden it's dead & money has gone.
