The criminal actions of russia on following points:
The violation of provision of Article 3. 35 of Chapter I, Part III of the Additional Protocol to the Geneva Conventions of August 12, 1949, Concerning the Protection of Victims of International Armed Conflicts Regarding the Prohibition of Methods or Means of Conduct of Military Actions Which Are Intended to Cause or Can Be Expected to Cause Widespread, Long-Term, and Serious Damage natural environment.
Such barbaric actions of the Russian Federation violate the basic principles and ideas that the civilized world developed for decades and enshrined in a number of international agreements, for example, in such as the Convention on Wetlands of International Importance, Mainly as a Habitat for Waterfowl and the Convention on protection of wild flora and fauna and natural habitats in Europe. Such actions of the enemy once again demonstrate to the world community the absolute leveling of the Russian Federation against international norms, standards and rules.
Such criminal actions of the Russian military definitely and completely fall under the criminal law qualification under Art. 8 (2) (b) (iv) of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

All these territories also have the status of Wetlands of international importance, protected in accordance with the Ramsar Convention, and are also territories of the Emerald Network, protected in accordance with the Berne Convention;

❗️The undermining of the Kakhovska HPP dam is not only one of the biggest ecological and humanitarian disasters in the east of Europe that led to the flooding of vast territories and many settlements, but is in fact the biggest crime against food security in the world.
The Kakhov reservoir was the heart of one of the largest irrigation systems in Europe. It was the southern regions of Ukraine that supplied the countries of the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Europe with wheat, corn, sunflower and sunflower oil, soybeans and soybean meal.
We call on everyone who cares about the fate of our planet and the environment, who declares their status as environmentalists and defines nature protection activities as their goals — to take all possible measures in order to record these violations, bring the culprits to justice, and make it impossible to commit such barbarism in the future.

A peaceful day in the world, another horrible day in Ukraine. Russian rocket just hit a section of residential buildings in Zaporizhzhia. Rescuers are working on the spot, details about causalities are shortly to be known.

Russian rocket just hit a residential building, 2 entrances demolished, people are screaming under the rubble. This has to stop but it does not. Ukraine still needs more weapons to prevent more deaths.
These people were having a regular weekend in their homes, despite everyday war, families and children thought they were safe. They wanted to feel safe. But you are never safe with a terrorist neighbor. Ukraine needs weapons. To fight, to defend. To avoid such horrible deaths.

Literally right now whole Ukraine is being massively bombed by russian missiles, big cities like Kyiv Dnipro Lviv have been hit with civilian casualties. Also reports of critical infrastructure damage. This is one of the biggest shellings of the whole time

Let’s not try that, @elonmusk. The people of Donbas & Crimea made their decision in 1991, when Ukrainians from those areas & all others voted freely & unanimously to be in Ukraine. There’s not been any popular separatist sentiment since, only Russia’s attempt to tear UA apart.
Супутники усіх розвідок світу спостерігають за територіями бойових дій. Неможливо просто так вбити полонених, гарантію безпеки яких давали світові організації, та сказати «це не ми».

Russia-backed separatists alleged that 40 prisoners-of-war had been killed and injured 75 others, in a rocket strike on the prison camp in Olenivka.
This prison has been used to house many of the Ukrainian soldiers who surrendered at the Azovstal plant in Mariupol two months ago
Yesterday, six missiles were fired at the city of Dnipro by the Russian air force.
Three civilians were killed
Please don’t stay silent about the crimes and terrorist attacks against the Ukrainian people.
It's hard to tell you what it feels like to have your hometown bombed.
Mall in Kremenchuk, Poltava region.
More than 1000 people were inside this Monday.
Russian rockets hit it. Now there are more than one hundred dead and few hundred injured. These numbers are unimaginable.
