@jmathewsMEd If we frame what we want them to learn and explain to the student what and why we want them to learn . Give them a purpose for what we are doing. Doing helps them buy into the lesson and then they give maximum effort.

@jmathewsMEd A4 the common scope and sequence. In my perspective because of what I teach, the three teachers do not have the opportunity to plan together even though a scope and sequence is available for us. Each one of us has a way that we teach and some times it is not the same.

@jmathewsMEd I agree with Patrick Recognize and Reinforce. Many times when delivering the lesson the first class is the test group. The classes that follow get a better version of the lesson. Then the first class gets a reinforcement the next day.
