@hubermanlab How does brain recognize sound with full harmonic spectrum v.s. its root frequency removed?
Is the observed effect universal among other animals?
Is your afternoon dip in energy (however mild or severe) occurring at 2:30pm, 3pm? Xpm? Note that for a few days. Assuming no major changes in night time sleep or eating an especially large lunch etc, chances are good your ideal bedtime is 6-7 hours after that dip. #circadian
A highly functional schedule:
1) Sunlight & movement
2) Task completion
3) Thoughtful, reflective
4) Repeat 1-3
5) Sleep
And of course nourish, hydrate, relate & avoid energy sinks i.e., don’t mix states of mind across above steps; practice functional compartmentalization.
We had three #100Devs folx get jobs in the last week that never even applied for a job...
They had employers reach out to them directly because their Linkedins were immaculate!
They all followed the advice in @DThompsonDev free course: https://t.co/hQ9CUAm7mu
@khanhtncva Matlab is great for scientific computing but their license isn’t free, so I don’t get to use them outside of academia.
As for fortran, you wouldn’t want to use them anyways, it’s such a legacy language now 😂
This has to be the highest quality algorithms course I've ever seen & it is completely FREE! No Credit Card Needed!
@ThePrimeagen is a beast with great examples & detailed walkthroughs of everything important!
Just in time for the #100Devs Hunt!
There’s this concept I like called the 85% rule. Apparently when athletes are told to run at 85% capacity, they run faster than if they're told to go 100%. It’s a bit counterintuitive, but relaxing and not being so serious can go a long way for productivity.
