@FlexOrca@Sonos just to say I was about to give up on Sonos for same reason but found it was a wifi connectivity issue (something to do with having mesh system and IP address conflicts - don't ask me more as I don't understand). Paid smart home specialist to sort it out. Works perfectly now.

@HiveHelper new Hive thermostat installed a week ago. Elderly vulnerable occupant. Managing remotely as “partner” and cannot get reading up to temp. Set to 23° and after 7 hours temp on app reads no higher than 19.2° which is too cold. 17 hours on 23 still no higher.

@deanleigh Hey Dean - my husband had same procedure just 6 weeks ago (same ward / hospital). And you’re going through same challenges he had .. hang in there it will get easier.
@askesure I’ve tried several of those numbers and been on hold for 45+minutes. It’s not car insurance and I cannot do anything through online account. All correspondence tells me to call but I can’t get through on any numbers.
